Ankara-Elmadag
Located just outside the capital of Ankara(20km), Elmadag is easy to reach and features a huge 3,000-foot slope. Après-ski here is also good and accommodation plentiful. It will be nice to ski here if you are a beginner or intermediate level. It has a short pist wihout any obstacles like trees. Unfortunately, The season is limited most people recomend January to February. It also has horse riding and picnic area where you can have  barbecues.

Antalya-Saklıkent
Saklikentis is situated north east of Bakirli dagi the Beydag mountain range, 50 km north west of Antalya. Saklikentis is an ideal winter sports resort with an altitude of 1750-1900 meters. The best season is from January to April. The special attraction of this centre is that in March and April one can ski in the mornings then drive down to the coast and swim in the warm waters of the Mediterranean in the afternoons. The average snow fall is 100 - 230cm in winter. The duration of skiing is ut to 120 days a year. It has pists both for beginners and professionals.
Bingol-Yolcatı
Bingol is well connected to all areas of the country by bus. The nearest airport is at Mus, around 80km east. The city has a terrestrial climate, and the skiing season runs between December and March.

Bitlis-Centre
Bitlis is in the far east of the country, in Eastern Anatolia around 20km south-west of Lake Van, and the skiing area is inside the city. The city is 1100km from Ankara, 1504km from Istanbul, 1465km from Izmir and around 200km south of Erzurum. The nearest airports are at Mus (85km) and Van (160km). Bitlis can be reached from anywhere in the country by bus. The resort has temperate terrestrial climate and the season runs between December and April. The area of Bitlis gets snow continuously in the winter, which had a depth of 1-2 m. The areas for skiing are Dideban (1821m) and Sapgor mountains east of the city, and Altinkalbur at the west.

Bolu-Kartalkaya
Kartalkaya is situated on the Istanbul - Ankara highway 50 km from Bolu is surrounded by pinewoods, the ski area lying between 1500 and 2200 m.
Bursa-Uludag
Uludag is 1750 - 2547 m high and covered with forests. The duration of skiing is ut to 120 days a year. The most suitable skiing conditions are between 20 December and 1 March. The average snow fall is 3 m in winter. At the beginning of the season the type of snow is powdery snow and at the end of the season the snow characteristic is slightly slushy.

Elazıg-Hazarbaba

Elazig is on the western side of the Eastern Anatolian region, and is well connected by road to all over the country. There are daily flights from Ankara, and three trains a week from Istanbul. The Hazarbaba Ski Centre is 25km south of Elazig, and 6km from Sivrice, and there are private vehicles to the centre. Hazarbaba Mountain has an altitude of 2347m with an average snow depth of between 100 – 200cm. The season runs between December and March, and has a terrestrial climate.


Erzincan-Bolkar

Situated at 40 kilometers to Erzincan city center, there is a 1100 meters long and 200 meters wide medium-hard track, with a 1200 people per hour capacity teleski and a baby-lift. Best season is between December and April. Mountaineering is also possible here.


Kastamonu-Ilgaz
The Ilgaz ski resort lies 40km from Kastamonu and 203km northeast from its nearest airport, Ankara. Tour buses and private vehicles make the journey from the centre of Kastamonu. The region has a terrestrial climate, and the dominant wind direction is north-northwest. The skiing season runs between December and April. The snow is between 1-2 m deep, and the ski runs are between 1800-2000m altitude.


Erzurum-Palandoken

Palandoken is 6 km from Erzurum along a good road, lying at an altitude of 2200 to 3100 meters with some of the longest and most difficult courses and best snow conditions in Turkey, making it an ideal location for international ski competitions. December to April is the most suitable season. According to the development plans of the Government, Palandoken will soon reach 87,000 people per hour capacity on its tracks.


Gumushane-Zigana

The Zigana Ski Centre is in the Black Sea Region. Zigana is 60km south of Trabzon, the closest airport. There is public and private transport from the ski centre to the city. Covered mainly with forest, the ski runs are between altitudes of 1900-2500m, and covered with grass for most of the year. The season is between December and April, and there is an average snow depth of 1.5m.


Isparta-Davraz
Municipal buses run from the ski centre to the city. Isparta’s Suleyman Demirel Airport is 58km away, and Isparta is well connected by bus to other areas of the country. Davraz moutains, with an altitude of 2637m, is part of the range between Egirdir and Kovada Lakes, which surround the Isparta Valley in the area known as the Lake District. The ski centre has a terrestrial climate and the season runs between December and April. The snow is between 0.5 – 2m deep, and the mountain has a bare appearance with little vegetation and enabling different winter sports.


Kars Sarıkamıs

Situated near Kars at 2250 m, this ski center also has good courses and ideal snow conditions, the area is also noted for its hunting. It is suitable for both beginners and professionals. Best season is December to April.


Kayseri-Erciyes

Erciyes is 40 minutes by road from Kayseri airport, and 30 minutes from the city centre. Most hotels organise transport to the ski area for their visitors. The skiing areas on the eastern and northern slopes of the Erciyes Mountain are between the altitudes of 2200 -3100m. The best season for skiing is between late November and late April, with an average depth of approximately 2m of very powdery snow. The region has a terrestrial climate and the dominant wind direction is southerly and westerly.
